Current Litter

On Tuesday, November 25 2008, Willa and Harley became the proud parents of 6 puppies, their second litter after a 2 year break.
We have 1 black female and 5 males, two gold, one black, one black and white and one white.

The puppies look promising and Willa is enjying being a mom again.

Here is the first picture, taken when the puppies were just a few hours old.

8 hours old

Our puppies are already 1 week old.

10 days old - three and three

Three weeks old - the only girl is the black female in middle of the second row - the rest are all boys

Four weeks old - ready for Christmas

4 weeks old

Five weeks old - do not disturb - we are eating

5 weeks old

Six weeks old - playtime in the kitchen

6 weeks old

7 weeks old - some candid shots

7 weeks -four males

8 weeks old - I managed to get stacked photos without any help.
I stacked and steadied the pups with my left hand and worked the camera with my right hand.
The results are not too bad thanks to the pups co-operating.

The puppies are 9 weeks old and are starting to leave for their new homes.
I put together one last collage of candid shots.

The puppies have all joined their new families and I am receiving wonderful updates regularly.
They are making their families happy.
