The recovery after my December 2009 knee replacement is not going very well. I worked hard in Physio and tried massage and exercising at home. I still cannot walk and my surgeon has no solution.
The dogs spent a long time with our boarding family but are finally back home, keeping me company. Poor Harley misses his Rally training and Willa has put on weight because she misses her walks.
One of these days thngs may get back to normal, fingers crossed.
I use a cane or a walker to get around but hope that I can put both away after a while. I finally started Aquafit again, hope that helps.
Although Harley and I cannot continue with Rally classes for the time being we make it to the odd Saturday Chilliwack Dog Walk, mainly to visit with friends and their dogs.
We plan to spend a leisurely summer with lots of time out in the garden with Willa and Harley.
