December

I sold our house and the trailer and moved into a suite in Chilliwack.
On the 25th of November I had back surgery from which I am recovering now.
I hope the next year will be better.

October

I would like to thank all those who sent sympathy messages after Pete's sudden death.
I am coping but it will not be easy and the future of Dalghani is uncertain at the moment.
I need some time to adjust.

September

It is with great sadness that I announce that Pete passed away Tuesday, August 31st, just one short month after being diagnosed with cancer.
We were hoping he would have more time.

July

Eli wins two Group 1sts at Pacific KC in extreme heat although Pete is not well. 4 days later we received the devastating news that Pete has liver cancer.

June 18 to 20

We thoroughly enjoyed another trip to Vancouver Island for the Nanaimo shows. Both Harley and Eli did well but Harley had no competition unfortunately and could not get any points.

Eli won the Group each of the 3 days.

Willa's puppies are 11 weeks old and starting to leave for their new homes.
Sattva and Julius are staying for a while and coming to a few shows with us.

April 17

The results are in, Eli is the #1 Tibetan Terrier in Canada for 2003 for the third year in a row. He also placed #7 in the Non-Sporting Group, the highest a TT has ever placed.

Dharma's puppies are leaving for their new homes. Time sure flies!
Benji has the longest trip, to Yellowknife, NWT.

March 27

Willa's litter has arrived. We have 7 puppies, our largest Tibetan litter ever. And Willa did not need any help, a real pro and excellent mom.
There are 2 white and black girls (Gertie and Joey), 2 white and black boys (Bodhi and Kang) and 3 black boys (Sattva, Julius and Luke).

Katy's puppies (born Dec. 2003) are leaving this month.
Dorje is staying a bit longer until his family can come from Chicago.

January 30

Dharma's puppies have arrived! We have 2 boys (Zhangbu, tri and Benji, black) and 2 girls (Pema and Bhuti, both black).
Dharma is protective of her precious babies and does not want our help.
